Are you insured?
Yes, we carry full liability insurance. We will review safety instructions and rental agreement with you upon delivery (leaving you a copy) and the guidelines are also posted on the outside of every unit. Once the inflatable is delivered and set up, the renter is responsible for the safety and operation of the unit.

How big and what type of space do I need for an inflatable?
The
amount of space required to set up an inflatable varies by unit, but for safety purposes, there must be at least three feet on each side of the unit to allow for securing the inflatable. The inflatable must be set up on a level surface that is free of rocks, sticks and other debris. Additionally, the inflatable must be kept away from fences, pools, playsets, overhead utility lines, tree branches and any other obstructions that could interfere with proper operation of the unit. Please contact us with any questions you may have about space/surface requirements.

Can an inflatable be set up indoors?
Yes the inflatable can be set up indoors, as long as the height and width requirements are met. We use sandbags indoors instead of stakes to keep the inflatable anchored so that it doesn't slide all over the floor. There must be adequate clearance between lights and ceiling fans. Please contact us for more information on indoor rentals.

What if it is raining?
Moonwalks should not be used in the rain, on days with extremely windy conditions, or in temperatures less than 40 degrees.  For your safety, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to bad weather. If the weather conditions are uncertain and you choose to continue with rental, we will not issue refunds once delivery and set-up have been completed.

How many children can bounce at one time?
This depends on the size of the unit. These rules are printed on the front of each individual unit and your installer will go over these rules after set up. In general, you can usually have 5-7 children safely jumping in a 15 x 15 bouncer.

Can I pick up the inflatable and set it up myself?
Simply put, no. Our crew will deliver and set up all inflatables so that we can help determine the proper spot for set-up, correctly attach the blower, tape down extension cords (if necessary), and go over the safety rules with you.

How does the moonwalk stay inflated?
The inflatables are powered by small blower unit. Before our arrival, please be sure that you have a designated spot to plug in the unit that is not in the main path of travel. The inflatable must remain plugged in the entire time it is being used.

How far in advance should I reserve the equipment?
We recommend you make your reservation as soon as you know the date of your event. Weekend rentals are extremely popular during the summer months and tend to book more quickly and it is not uncommon to have multiple rentals within one day. We do accept last minute reservations as well.

What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations not due to inclement weather, we ask that you make your cancellation at least three days prior to rental date.

When and how do I pay for my rental?

Payment is due upon delivery in the form of check or cash. At this time, we are unable to accept credit card payments.
